Projects

The FSRA enjoys links with Rushmoor Borough Council supporting officers. Advice and support for improving the environment of Farnborough Street has come through our meetings with various departments. Through this partnership over three years RBC has arranged for:

• The installation of Community Noticeboard in the street

• The installation of Farnborough Aviation sign at the entrance to Farnborough North railway station

• Additional litter bins

• Dog litter bin

• FSRA has purchased a traditional ‘finger signpost’. The style and sourcing of this heritage style piece of street furniture has been approved by HCC

• Adoption of the Farnborough North station through a partnership with GWR.
